Terms of the 10-year deal provide Community Thrift Stores with 30,000 sf at 19720 Arrow Highway. The store, which sells second-hand clothing and general merchandise, has already moved into the space and relocated from its original space in Covina.
Community Thrift was represented by Phillip Cutting of Cutting Realty. The landlord, the Denise McLaughlin Trust of North Hollywood, was represented by Peter Lee of Grubb & Ellis' San Gabriel Valley office.
