The project, which is slated for completion in the fourth quarter, will cost an estimated $2 million, according to a company spokesperson. The two-story facility will rise at 2090 N. Tustin Ave., near Interstate 5 and the 55 and 22 freeways.
The project is being marketed by Rick Warner of CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office. It is being built by Advanced Constructions Solutions, an Irvine-based development and general contracting company.
The Santa Ana complex is one of several that Advanced Construction Solutions has started in the county recently. Others include the headquarters of Procom Technology Inc. and a new office building in Irvine Spectrum to house the law firm of Oswald and Yap.
