The maker of tools for genetic analysis will be relocating from an 18,000 SF space at the end of the year. The new building is located on Merced Street in Alameda. The company's existing space, at 14743 Catalina St. in San Leandro, is still available.
Alpha Innotech was represented by Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates East Bay Inc. Industrial broker Daniel Bergen of Colliers International in Pleasanton dealt for building owner CCKX Leasing.
In another deal nearby, also brokered by Hagglund, Res-Com Insulation Inc. of Hayward renewed its 14,000-sf lease at 3474 Investment Blvd for three more years. The lease deal is valued at $350,000. The owner is with WW Investments.
