Alpha Innotech Inks $5-Mil Lease Deal

ALAMEDA, CA-The maker of tools used in genetic analysis signs a 10-year lease for 35,000 sf of new office-flex space in a deal valued at $5 million. The company plans to move in at the end of this year.

ALAMEDA, CA- San Leandro-based Alpha Innotech has signed a 10-year lease for 35,000 SF of office/flex space in a deal valued at approximately $5 million.

The maker of tools for genetic analysis will be relocating from an 18,000 SF space at the end of the year. The new building is located on Merced Street in Alameda. The company’s existing space, at 14743 Catalina St. in San Leandro, is still available.
