New York City-based L & L Center LLC is developing the 24-story, 469,000-sf on First Avenue between Market and G streets. The first phase of the project, which will include townhomes, lofts, condos, parking and 12,635 sf of commercial space, is slated for completion in August 2002.

Roel has completed the second level deck of the north tower and is now pouring the deck for the south tower. Carrier Johnson designed the project, which includes more than 156,000 sf of parking.

The retail space and several townhouses will be above the parking structure, while the third and fourth levels -- and a 20-story north tower -- will include more than 100 dwellings.
