"While many companies offer some of these services, very few will offer all of these services complemented by our 'team services' concept," Thomas says. "This concept is truly unique to our industry because we motivate our team through internal camaraderie vs. internal competition."
The team approach removes the secrecy of broker deals. Unlike otherbrokerage firms, where one or two brokers service a client, this new conceptallows clients to have all of Insite's brokers working on their business.
"This concept also expands a single broker's pipeline of deals." Thomas says. Traditionally, a broker can only work on 10 to 12 real deals. But with our business model, our brokers are able to triple that amount."
In addition. Insite has invested in the latest technology to provide itsclients with extranet services. lnsite has also strategically aligned itself with several companies, and has bought a helicopter to enable clients to view their prospective acquisitions from the sky, including traffic patterns and the total market area.
Schostak's most prominent projects include the Campus Martius development in Downtown Detroit and a large new office/hotel project in Downtown Royal Oak.
