Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. vice president J. Louis De Santo represented both parties in the transaction. Ryder Logistics' client is San Francisco-based Intertape Polymer Group, which also has a location in Atlanta.
In an unrelated industrial lease deal in nearby Romeoville, logistics company Millennium Transportation Systems Inc. has signed a five-year lease on 36,224 sf of warehouse and office space at 1186 Arbor Dr., moving from Burr Ridge. Michael Nelson and James Estus of Cushman & Wakefield represented Millennium Transportation Systems Inc. while Jeff Fischer of Insignia / ESG represented AMLI.
