WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI-Office sales and leases in the Detroit market are continuing on a steady stream, not hampered much by the market slowdown, according to Joel Feldman, president of First Realty Co. of West Bloomfield.

Sales prices are reflected in the following transactions:

* Larson Realty Group’s purchase of the 301 East Liberty building in Downtown Ann Arbor, containing some 78,640 sf, for approximately $9.6 million or $122 per sf.
