Air Tiger Express, a global forwarding and logistics company with more than 70 offices worldwide, will use the space at 8690 Kerns St. for warehousing, cross-dock operations, U.S. Customs clearance and international forwarding.
The company is the first to occupy Siempre Viva's recently completed three-building expansion totaling more than 230,000 sf.
Regan Tully of International Real Estate represented Air Tiger. The owner, Murphy Development Co. was represented by Hack Adams, the firm's director of marketing.
