In his new role, Jones will be responsible for Insignia's national Strategic Services Provider program and new business development in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Jones came to the company as executive managing director of Philadelphia regional operations in 1998, when Insignia acquired the Jackson-Cross Co., where he had been CEO for 10 years.

Daly, who will inherit Jones' previous title and duties, most recently oversaw the firm's Property Services operations in the New England, New York and Mid-Atlantic regions.

As director of Insignia's Mid-Atlantic Region management portfolio, she had been responsible for directing a staff of more than 150 property managers and building service personnel and expanded the management portfolio from 3 million to 12 million sf.
