Land Sold In SW Park for Health Care

DENVER-South Denver Cardiology Associates buys 7.47 acres while Arapahoe Liver and Digestive Health Center grabs 1.25 acres in the 50-acre Ridge at Southpark being developed by L&A Ridge Developers LLC.

DENVER-Two companies bought a total of almost nine acres in a 50-acre business park on the suburban southwest side of the metro area. Both of the purchasers plan health care facilities on their parcels.

Arapahoe Liver and Digestive Health Center bought 1.25 acres and the South Denver Cardiology Associates bought 7.47 acres in the Ridge at Southpark, a 50-acre business park north of County Line Road and west of Broadway.

The park is being developed by L&A Ridge Developers LLC, a partnership led by Lankford & Associates Inc.
