The apartment complex, one of the largest on the island, was recently converted from short-term vacation rentals into long-term apartment rentals. It is located in Maui's Kapalua and Kaanapali Resort areas, directly across the road from Honokawai Beach and State Beach Park.
"We hope to help reposition Maui Park as premier apartment homes in one of the country's most picturesque locale," says Alfred Somekh, Legacy's senior vice president in charge of development.
Legacy Partners becomes the fifth firm in Hawaii designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as an "Accredited Management Organization," a designation designed to assure property owners of management expertise.
