The opening completes COPC's effort to establish its presence around the world. The company says many of its international clients have extensive operations in the United Kingdom and Western Europe. Its European clients include ClientLogic and Zomax.
Earlier this month, COPC, which helps company manage their customer contact operations, opened an office in Singapore to serve the Asia-Pacific region. In the United States, COPC has principal offices in Austin and Amherst, NY. It has other offices in India, Japan, Canada and Latin America.
Richard North, a former executive at ClientLogic, will head the COPC office in Bedford. COPC helps companies manage call centers and other customer-contact operations.
