Paul Kluck of First Industrial represented MSAS in the five-year deal. Mike Camp of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, Catellus Development Corp.
In another deal, Applied Industrial Technologies renewed its 42,502-sf lease at the Havana Business Center at 5454 Havana St. Applied Industrial will stay in the space for at least another five years. Matt Capecelatro and Paul Kluck of First Industrial put together the renewal.
In the third transaction, Gard' n-Wise Distributors renewed its 25,590-sf lease for another five years at 11633 E. 51st Ave. Capecelatro and Kluck handled that deal.
Chicago-based First Industrial owns, operates and manages 84 million sf across the country, including 4.5 million sf in Colorado.
