DENVER-First Industrial Inc. completed three deals in the Denver Northeast market for a total of 111,845 sf. In the largest deal, MSAS Global leased 43,063 sf at the Stapleton Business Center at 4505 Florence St.

Paul Kluck of First Industrial represented MSAS in the five-year deal. Mike Camp of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, Catellus Development Corp.

In another deal, Applied Industrial Technologies renewed its 42,502-sf lease at the Havana Business Center at 5454 Havana St. Applied Industrial will stay in the space for at least another five years. Matt Capecelatro and Paul Kluck of First Industrial put together the renewal.
