The deal means that the three main office buildings at Paternoster Square have been let in as many months. In June 2001, the London Stock Exchange confirmed that it is to relocate from the Stock Exchange Tower to the 204,000-sf King Edward Court. And earlier this week real estate consultant CB Hillier Parker confirmed a pre-letting on the 100,000-sf St martin's Court.
Construction of Warwick Court is scheduled to commence later this year with shell & core completion due in Summer 2003. CB Hillier Parker & DTZ Debenham Tie Leung were joint letting agents.
Christopher Joll, spokesman for Paternoster said: 'The signing of this contract completes the pre-letting of the major buildings at Paternoster Square and turns the re-development of this important City site into a reality.'
