Jacobs Facilities will act as an advisor and consultant to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In that role, the company will inspect all construction trades and processes and provide cost and schedule management.
Jacobs Engineering, based in Pasadena, Calif., provides technical consulting in all aspects of development, including construction, operations and maintenance.
