Francetic is expected to generate multifamily and commercial loan activity for the 100-year-old privately owned firm. He was vice president of ARCS Commercial Mortgage and ARCS' No. 2 originator last year before shifting to Collateral where he is also a vice president.
Francetic is a former vice president and chief underwriter for Merrill Lynch Credit Corp.; former Eastern regional underwriting manager for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital Inc.; and former vice president, real estate finance, the Hyatt Financial Group. He is an established speaker in the commercial mortgage banking industry.
