Hydra was represented by Paul Dutra of CB Richard Ellis. Jim Center of Grubb & Ellis' San Gabriel Valley office, negotiated for the owner, Anaheim-based Lomitas LLC.

The deal follows a recent announcement that ground-breaking will commence Monday on a 500,000-sf warehouse distribution facility. The building, to be known as MC&C Commerce Center, has a projected worth of $30 million. The completed facility will stand on a 20-acre parcel at 16301 Trojan Way. Completion is slated for spring 2002.
