La Puente Site Leases for $8.4 Mil

LOS ANGELES-The 155,992-sf industrial building has been leased by a third-party logistics firm. The Sacramento-based company has already occupied the facility, which is a new location for them. They will use the recently completed building to store bottles.

LOS ANGELES-A 155,992-sf industrial building in La Puente has been leased by a third-party logistics firm. Hydra Warehousing & Consolidation Inc., has inked a 10-year lease valued at $8.4 million. The Sacramento-based company has already occupied the facility, which is a new location for them. They will use the recently completed building to store bottles. It is located at 14255-317 Lomitas Ave.

Hydra was represented by Paul Dutra of CB Richard Ellis. Jim Center of Grubb & Ellis’ San Gabriel Valley office, negotiated for the owner, Anaheim-based Lomitas LLC.
