Located near Interstate 5 and Interstate 405, this is one of the last available parcels earmarked for multifamily development within Harbor Pointe. Construction costs are estimated at $33 million.

Under a Development Agreement between the City of Mukilteo and Chinook Development Corp., Village Center was planned as an Urban Village including 232 single-family homes, 380 units of multifamily anchored by up to 100,000sf of mixed retail and office space. Currentdevelopment plans propose 9,500 sf of retail and 6,000 sf of office space with an additional 40,000 sf of mixed retail and office and up to 145 units of luxury units in the future.
