Legacy Breaks Ground on $33-Mil Multifamily Project

MUKILTEO, WA-In an effort to meet housing demands in Snohomish County, construction on Bella Terra, a 235-unit, multifamily development begins this week. Located on Harbour Pointe Boulevard between Harbour Reach and Possession Way in the master planned community of Harbour Pointe, occupancy is set for spring 2002.

MUKILTEO, WA-Legacy Partners Residential Inc., through a partnership with Equity Residential Properties Inc., has broken ground on 235-unit luxury complex in The Village Center at Harbour Pointe.

Located near Interstate 5 and Interstate 405, this is one of the last available parcels earmarked for multifamily development within Harbor Pointe. Construction costs are estimated at $33 million.

“Legacy Partners identified the need for high quality housing in this area of the Pacific Northwest and we are pleased to contribute to the success of the Harbour Pointe community,” says John Hatton, vice president of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. “Bella Terra will help to create a sense of neighborhood and community, complementing the nearby school district and retail establishments.”
