The property is seven buildings of 353,800 sf on 56 acres. The campus is adjacent to I-270, and is between two interchanges of the highway.

In a statement, MGP said Orbital Sciences will be vacating the property in the fall.

The existing buildings, originally built during the 1960s and 1970s, range in size from 20,000 sf to 75,000 sf.

MGP said it will spend $12.7 million to renovate the campus.

Insignia/ESG has been retained as the leasing agent for the project.
