In the largest of the three deals, a 12,783-sf multi-tenant building has been snapped up by a private investor. The property is located at 13231 Rosencrans Ave. in Santa Fe Springs. The buyer, Glen Wilson, was represented by Joel McCabe of Colliers Seeley International. The seller, MCBC LLC, was represented by Colliers' brokers Chuck Wilson and Steve Calhoun.
Another private investor has grabbed a multi-tenant property in Orange. The facility, which encompasses 11,000 sf, stands at 840 Cypress St. The seller, David Bourke, represented himself. The buyer, Ray Vincenti, was represented by Colliers' broker Brad Christian.
Christian also represented the buyer, as well as the seller, in the sale of an 8,132-sf industrial building in Brea. The facility is located at 1440 Pioneer Ave. It has been sold by Jack Gao and acquired by Nuri Abhar.
