$8 Mil Repositions Business Resort

LOS ANGELES-Known as Pacific Palms Conference Resort, the newly renovated property of Majoestic Realty is being touted as the only first class business-resort facility within 30 minutes of five Los Angeles area airports.

LOS ANGELES-Majestic Realty Co. has completed an $8-million repositioning of Pacific Palms Conference Resort, located in City of Industry.

Majestic is touting the newly refurbished Pacific Palms as the only first class business and resort facility of its kind within 30 minutes of five Los Angeles area airports. Originally developed as the Industry Hills Sheraton, the renamed property stands on 650 acres at 1 Industry Hills Parkway.
