Data Storage Co. Seals $1.4 Mil Deal

LAKE FOREST, CA-The company has signed a lease for a 21,315-sf industrial building in Lake Forest. It is the latest in a string of Orange County transactions involving mid-sized and smaller industrial properties. Earlier this week, three Orange County industrial properties changed hands for a combined $2.3 million, as reported by Globest.com.

LAKE FOREST, CA-A computer data storage company has inked a $1.4-million lease for a Lake Forest industrial building. The transaction is the latest in a string of Orange County deals involving mid-sized and smaller industrial properties.

The building stands at 40 Empire in the Olen Spectrum Pointe Business Park. The tenant, Howard Schultz & Associates International Inc., has already occupied the facility.
