The 111-year-old Keating building is home to Patrick's II and Croce's. The five-story, 36,000-sf landmark is at the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue and F Street.
The structure was built in 1890. Cotton Ritchie Corp. represented the seller, Keating Properties. Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer, Gaslamp Properties LLC, in the transaction.
