Lakeside I and II are located at 14108-14116 Newbrook Drive in Chantilly, VA. Jack McInerney of Advantis Real Estate Services represented the owner, Clarion Partners/ING. Dennis Turner of Charles E. Smith represented Datatrac.
With the two leases, Datatrac now occupies about 51 percent of the total space in the two buildings. Lakeside I, built in 1988, is an 80,000-sf building. Lakeside II is an adjacent two-story, 90,000-sf building constructed in 1999.
Datatrac provides customer-relationship and records management, and information-technology integration to federal agencies in Washington and nationwide.
