With the two leases, Datatrac now occupies about 51 percent of the total space in the two buildings. Lakeside I, built in 1988, is an 80,000-sf building. Lakeside II is an adjacent two-story, 90,000-sf building constructed in 1999.
Datatrac provides customer-relationship and records management, and information-technology integration to federal agencies in Washington and nationwide.
