The newest tenant is Country Farm Family Buffet Inc. of Tallahoma, TN which is taking 5,600 sf for five years at an estimated aggregate rent of $420,000. The asking average rent range at the $7.5 million project is $15.50 per sf.

The 250-seat restaurant plans to operate with an initial staff of 50 locally hired employees. This is Country Farm's third national location. The center is at the Campbell Station Parkway and State Road 31.

A 55,818-sf Kroger supermarket will anchor the center at its Aug. 28 grand opening. Other tenants are Station Wine & Spirits, Campbell Station Chiropractic, Sunny China, Nail Salon and Supercuts, each leasing 1,050 sf; Campbell Station Dentistry, 2,100 sf; and Fashion Cleaners, 1,400 sf.

Community South Bank plans to build a full-service bank with drive-through on a one-acre outparcel. A Kroger gas station is already operating. The center includes 19,600 of additional retail.

Besides Campbell Station Shopping Center, Stiles has developed and owns the fully leased, 233,484-sf Eastgate Distribution Center, Phase 1, its first spec project in the Nashville area.
