The 77-unit Hidden Lane Apartments in Battle Creek, MI, was sold by Garrison North Limited Partnership headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, for $1.9 million on a cash-to-new-mortgage sale. The purchaser was H.L. Apartment Associates L.L.C. of Farmington Hills, MI. Steur & Canvasser, also of Farmington Hills, is the new managing member for the property. Coulter represented the buyer and Gary Garnsey represented the seller.

Nicholas Nakfoor, a private investor from Lansing, MI, has sold the 34-unit Edgewater Apartments in Marshall, Mich. for $925,000 on a short-term land contract. Block 32 L.L.C., an Ann Arbor, MI-based real estate firm, purchased the complex and plans to do a full rehabilitation of the units. Garnsey represented the seller.
