Money-Making Seminar for Apartment Owners, Managers

WILSONVILLE, OR-The Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon is holding a special all-day seminar for property owners, property managers and investors of apartment properties on Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Holiday Inn, Wilsonville.

Emily Cedarleaf, executive director and governmental affairs representative for the Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon, says the purpose of the seminar is to help landlords and investors make a reasonable return on their investments so that they can continue to provide affordable rental housing. The session also will provide necessary information to property managers, real estate licensees and attorneys to assist them in comprehending the changes that were made in the 1999 Legislative session.

“If you are an on-site manager, property manager, owner or investor of rental property your business is affected with every court ruling on a landlord/tenant case – you need to know the new laws, and how they affect you and your business,” says Cedarleaf, the instructor of the seven-hour seminar.
