Riverside Manor, a $12-million project, has 188 townhouses. RST Development LLC of Virginia Beach, VA developed the project, while Clark Realty Builders of Bethesda, MD, was the general contractor.
This is not the first time that RST and Clark Realty have collaborated. The pair has developed six projects, with 900 townhouse units in Virginia and Maryland.
The project, located directly off interstate 95 near Central Park Plaza Shopping Center, is a Virginia Housing Development Authority affordable housing project.
