The buyer, Daniel Sied, was represented by Larry Kramer of NAI Capital Commercial. The seller, K. Co., was represented by Phillip Duke of Westwood Financial.

The transaction follows the recent sale of a stand-alone, 20,232-sf retail facility in Anaheim. The City of Anaheim acquired the building from seller Phil Borsuk for $1.9 million, as reported yesterday by Globest.com. Built in 1971, the property is located at 320 S. Beach Blvd.

The Anaheim facility was previously occupied by Banner Carpet, but now stands vacant. Although its future use is still undecided, there have been talks of turning the building into a community development center or a police substation.
