Wick Starts Work on New Industrial Building

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-The 18,000-sf flex/warehouse facility, located in the company's BrunsWick Industrial Center, is expected to be ready by early next spring.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-The Wick Cos., a real estate firm based in Woodbridge, NJ, has begun construction on a new 17,838-sf flex/warehouse structure at its BrunsWick Industrial Center. The firm manages and exclusively leases the industrial park.

An April 1, 2002 occupancy date is targeted for the new building, which offers 30-foot clear ceilings and four loading docks. Construction was sparked by the fact that Wick has leased more than 300,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space at BrunsWick Industrial Center in the last 12 months.
