World Commerce Lists Creditors

ORLANDO-The locally based online firm's updated Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition shows debts of $4 million to Answerthink Consulting of Miami; $3.2 million to J2 Technologies of Dallas; and $386,181 to the Orlando law office of Miami-based Greenberg Traurig.

ORLANDO-Creditors of locally based World Commerce Online Inc. are meeting Sept. 17 to review the Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection petition filed by the global network developer for the fresh-cut commercial flowers and perishable foods industry.

In an update to its Aug. 20 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Orlando, World Commerce shows debts of $4 million to Answerthink Consulting of Miami; $3.2 million to J2 Technologies of Dallas; and $386,181 to the Orlando law office of Miami-based Greenberg, Traurig.
