CBRE says Delaware North Parks Services Inc., a leading provider of hospitality, lodging, food service and visitor services at national and state parks, has acquired the 244-room Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite for $38 million. CBRE broker Bill Murney represented the seller, L-O Tenaya Holding Inc. of San Francisco.

Built in 1990 and completely renovated in 1998-99, Tenaya Lodge is a world-class mountain resort property located along Highway 41, just two miles from Yosemite National Park's popular South Gate entrance. The lodge, situated at an elevation of 5,288 feet, sits on 35 acres bordering the Sierra Nevada National Forest and carries the prestigious AAA 4-Diamond rating.

In addition to its setting, Tenaya Lodge offers 8,000-sf of meeting space, a business center, full-time conference concierge and three restaurants. The lodge also features a full-service spa and a fitness center that includes 18-meter indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
