The property includes a 3.4-acre site in the industrial park located at the southwest corner of the I-94 interchange at Grand Avenue.

Penta Development Group was represented by Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of Cushman & Wakefield while Donald Glyman, a principal of Tri-County Commercial Realty, represented the buyer. Puritz and Kroner also are marketing two spaces in the recently-sold building, of 17,893 sf and 5,917 sf, at $5.50 per sf net.
