Printer Relocating into 80,000 SF in Consolidation Bid

AUSTIN-Capital Spectrum commercial printing is combining operations from two locations into an 80,000-sf spot in Austin's southeast submarket. The firm is the third tenant to sign on for the 280,000-sf Bergstrom Technology Center.

AUSTIN-Capital Spectrum Inc., a central Texas commercial printing company, is taking 80,000 sf at the Bergstrom Technology Center in the southeast Austin submarket. The company is consolidating its operations from two other locations, but will end up with more space overall.

Spencer Hayes, principal and co-founder of Austin-based Colliers Oxford Commercial, has handled the transaction for Capital Spectrum and Greg Johnson, vice president leasing in the Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services’ Austin office, represented the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber.
