Work Begins on 57,685-SF Industrial Complex

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA-The complex, which will rise in Rancho Santa Margarita, will consist of six, concrete tilt-up buildings. The facilities will range in size from 5,670 sf to 12,030 sf.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA-Construction has begun on a six-building industrial complex, which will rise in Rancho Santa Margarita. Known as Arroyo Vista Business Center, the project will encompass 57,685 sf upon completion.

Developed by Guthrie Development Co., the complex will sit on a 3.6-acre parcel at the corner of Arroyo Vista and Valeroso. Guthrie acquired the site in April for $2 million from Maria Sobrino.

The project’s six buildings will range in size from 5,670 sf to 12,030 sf. Each facility has been designed as a single-story, concrete tilt-up with extensive window lines, ground-level loading doors and a minimum warehouse clear height of 16 ft. Underground work has been performed at the three largest buildings, so that they can be divided up into smaller spaces if needed.
