Advantis Adds 292,783 SF to Leasing Portfolio

TAMPA, FL-The Tampa office of Advantis Real Estate Services Co. has hit the six million-sf portfolio mark with the addition of the 222,783-sf Lakeside Technology Center office park and the 70,000-sf Benjamin Center VII and IX.

The value of the contracts wasn’t disclosed. Both are class B properties in metro Tampa, 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
