Atlanta Firm Relocating to Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Another corporation is moving its headquarters to the Woodlands, signing for a 13,000-sf spot for offices and a technology center. Atlanta-based Mineral Resources Technologies will complete the relocation by late September.

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Atlanta-based Mineral Resources Technologies LLC is relocating its corporate headquarters and technology center to a 13,000-sf facility at 2100 Research Forest Dr. in The Woodlands.

Hugh Shannonhouse, Mineral Resources’ president, says the move will be completed by late September. Wayne Johansen, the firm’s administrative manger, tells GlobeSt.com that Shannonhouse and other corporate decision makers felt that The Woodlands had the right attitude and workforce demographics to fuel the future of their company.
