Columbia Bank will lease 5,172 sf of space on the Second Avenue level of the building. They are anticipated to move into the building prior to year-end, upon completion of tenant improvements. Blatteis Realty Company represented Martin Smith as the leasing agent on this transaction.

The GSA will lease 20,184 sf of office space on Floors 5 and 6. The office space will be occupied by the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Program, which is responsible for providing payment of compensation benefits in accordance with the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act. The Seattle office will service claims for the entire West Coast including Alaska and Hawaii. Colliers International represented both the GSA and the owner on this transaction. Located at Second Avenue and Columbia Street, Millennium Tower is a 20-story mixed-use building developed by Martin Smith Development Corporation and Beacon Capital Partners. It was completed in December 2000. With the execution of these two leases, the commercial space in the building will be 96% leased. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.

Millennium Tower also features 20 luxury condominiums available on the top six floors ranging from 2,300 to 10,000 sf. Just 4,905 sf of retail space remains available on the ground floor of the building.
