SEATTLE-Two major tenants have signed deals to lease space at the Emerald City’s newest high rise, the Millennium Tower.

Columbia Bank will lease 5,172 sf of space on the Second Avenue level of the building. They are anticipated to move into the building prior to year-end, upon completion of tenant improvements. Blatteis Realty Company represented Martin Smith as the leasing agent on this transaction.

The GSA will lease 20,184 sf of office space on Floors 5 and 6. The office space will be occupied by the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Program, which is responsible for providing payment of compensation benefits in accordance with the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act. The Seattle office will service claims for the entire West Coast including Alaska and Hawaii. Colliers International represented both the GSA and the owner on this transaction.
