Plumbing Company Pushes San Antonio Lease to 71,395 SF

SAN ANTONIO-Christianson Enterprises has doubled its industrial space, signing for all of a 71,395-sf office-warehouse in San Antonio's northeast submarket. The tenant is part of Round Rock, TX-based American Plumbing and Mechanical Inc.

SAN ANTONIO-Christianson Enterprises, part of the country’s biggest plumbing service companies, is doubling the space of its San Antonio operations, taking all of a 71,395-sf office-warehouse building the Alamo City’s northeast submarket.

About 54,000 sf of the building at 8154 Bracken Creek is warehouse with about 17,000 sf for offices. The building is positioned on nine acres, five of which are used for parking. The company needs the parking space so employees can park their cars during the day and park the service trucks at night.

Jeff Brown of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services’ San Antonio office has represented the building owner. Robert Hamilton of D.B. Harrell Co. has handled the deal for the tenant.
