It was represented in lease negotiations by Andy Koenig and Craig Zodikoff with Equis Corp. David Haugh of Grubb & Ellis and Mark Schmidt of Insignia represented the landlord, RNM Technology Drive.
Haugh tells GlobeSt.com that the two-story building will provide convenient access for Intuitive's employees, since the company is only moving about four miles, and the space is close to the expressway.
