"Since our founding in April 2000, we have planned for a move like this to support our growth," says Roger Moyers, CEO and president of Astute Networks. "This building allows us to configure a great work environment, and accommodates our planned expansion strategy."
The company has increased its work force since the beginning of the year from 10 to more than 50 employees. The company is looking to beef up its engineering function over the next several months and will further increase staffing next year as new network products are introduced.
"The modular layout of this office allows for dedicated work space for each engineering group, such as system architects, ASIC development, and software designers," says Keith Klarer, co-founder and vice president of engineering, adding, "Each group has convenient access to others through the center of the office. It's a near-perfect fit for our design functions."
