The 24,161-sf facility stands at 30251 Esperanza. Eiki has already started to move into the project.
Eiki International was represented by Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of the Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum office. The seller, privately held Rochelle Holdings, was represented by Mike Long of Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office.
The Rancho Santa Margarita sale follows the recent purchase of a Buena Park industrial site. A 67,350-sf warehouse was acquired by Cabot Industrial Trust for $3.6 million, as reported yesterday by Globest.com. The property, which is located at 6530 Altura Blvd., is 100% occupied by aerospace manufacturer Precision Partners Inc. It was sold by Certified Fabricators.
