The company's original lease was signed in 1998 for about 38 cents per sf, monthly, triple net. The new lease was negotiated at 62 cents per sf, monthly, triple net.
"Res-Com looked at what it would cost to go into another building and decided it wasn't worth it," Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates East Bay tells GlobeSt.com. "Since they first got the lease, the market has gone way up. They could move to another building at a much higher deal but are satisfied with this space."
Hagglund represented Res-Com in the transaction. WW Investments was represented in house.
