The shopping center, which is filled with local area retailers, is 100% occupied. Located on 530 Citrus Ave., it encompasses 16,440 sf. The retail property was on the market for 28 days before it was snapped up by private investors.

The seller, Peison Holding LP, was represented by Shaun Riley of Faris Lee Investments. The buyers, Edward and Soon Hong, were represented by Grace Yoon of Colliers Seeley International.

Pupilo Plaza is the third retail property to change hands in the county this week. As reported by Globest.com, a 70,000-sf retail parcel sold in Van Nuys for $2.2 million and a Tarzana office and retail complex was acquired for $1.3 million. A Pep Boys auto complex stands on the Van Nuys property, which is located at 6110 Sepulveda. The Tarzana site is a multi-tenant building, which was 60% occupied at the time of sale.
