Fitness First plc has agreed to take 11,000 sf of basement space on a 25-year lease, subject to planning permission. And project management consultancy Coteba has taken the entire 10th floor of 3,120 sf on a 15 year lease at more than £35 ($51) per sf.
Resolution's Chief Executive Robert Laurence said: 'Fitness First and Coteba are the fifth and sixth occupiers to sign up for space in Hammersmith Grove in recent weeks, endorsing the scheme's appeal to first rate companies. The provision of a fitness club within the development will enhance the appeal of the remaining 31,000 sf.'
Letting agents are FPD Savills and Keningtons. Latham Yeomans acted for Fitness First.
